Safir is an ambitious project supporting youth and the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in 9 countries across Northern Africa and the Middle East. It supports more than 1,000 young project leaders involved in entrepreneurial projects with social, cultural and environmental impact, the development of a regional network of organisations supporting social entrepreneurship, and the creation of spaces for dialogue between youth and governmental authorities.

Call for applications for Civil Society Organisations
Civil society organisations selected at the end of this call for applications will be in charge of the advocacy training proposed in the framework of the Safir project. Through participating in the Safir project, you will benefit from skill-building sessions and will contribute to the design of a regional advocacy toolkit for the achievement of sustainable development goals in the region.

Safir offers you the opportunity to join the first regional network of incubators in Northern Africa and the Middle East. By participating in Safir, benefit from skill-building sessions to share your methodologies and create a regional toolkit to support innovative entrepreneurship. The selected structures will also be in charge of supporting young project leaders.

Call for applications for young leaders
Safir gives 1,000 young people the opportunity to participate in social transformation by supporting their associative and entrepreneurial projects focusing on achieving the sustainable development goals.
Through your participation in the Safir programme, you can benefit from personalized monitoring for your projects, free methodological support (ideation, incubation, acceleration with funding and / or advocacy training) and networking on a regional scale. You will also be given the opportunity to defend your vision and your ambitions in national, regional and international discussion spaces and take advantage of networking dynamics to participate fully in decision-making processes.

Call for applications for universities
More than 7 million young people from Northern Africa and the Middle East are students. To make them actors of the world of tomorrow, Safir will offer universities in the region tailor-made technical and financial support to create or strengthen university incubators. Safir will also contribute to strengthening the role of universities in achieving the SDGs by organizing awareness campaigns and improving their training offer in social and innovative entrepreneurship.
