The association Pioneers of change for development and culture PCDC-Oujda is a Moroccan non-profit association. It was founded in October 2014 in Oujda and is located Boulevard Abderahman Mokhtarie number 51 al boustane 3 Oujda, in the north-east of Morocco, in the administrative region of Oriental.

To carry out its actions, the association establishes alliances and builds diversified partnerships, at the national and international level, with governmental and non-governmental actors.

The association generally intervenes in 4 areas :
- immigration
- culture
- human rights
- professional training

Espace Associatif is a Morrocan association, funded in 1996, which contributes to strengthening and promoting the associative movement in favor of democratic development.
It aims at developing the quality and efficiency of the associative network, through :
-strengthening the skills and abilities of associative executives,
- improving the operating environment of the said associations.

The organization of Espace Associatif is based on a double dimension. It relies on an evolving solidarity between political bodies and the management team, together aiming to respond as effectively as possible to the needs of associations for democratic development.

Espace Associatif has more than a hundred member associations, active in the fields of human rights, women's rights, cultural rights, children's rights, the rights of people with disabilities and sustainable development. More than thirty individuals, among the most active and influential economic and social actors in Morocco, are also members.
The Associative Space aims to enhance the associative fabric and develop its creativity of representation. Its intervention in various fields makes it a platform for exchange of associative experiences. All current and future tools incorporate this concern for promotion and exchange, with and between associations, within the framework of associative democratic development action.

Created in 1989, Ibn Tofail University is a Moroccan public university located in the Region of Rabat - Salé - Kénitra, known to be one of the richest regions of Morocco in view of its strengths in economic growth areas (agrifood, automotive industry, green technologies, etc.).

Thanks to its 10 training establishments but also to its organization and its infrastructure of excellence, Ibn Tofail University carries out its mission of supporting the professional integration of young people and the contribution to the economic and social development of Morocco. .

Aware of the importance of entrepreneurship as an essential lever in the promotion of the employability of university students, the University has been working since 2017 through its Career Development Center (CDC) on the emergence of business ideas in the social field and their incubation under the best conditions.

Hasan Premier University (UH1) is a Moroccan university, located in Settat. Well integrated in the region and with a global outlook, it now has 774 foreign students, 446 teaching staff and 251 administrative and technical staff.

Created in 1997, UH1 has 4 faculties, 3 schools and 2 institutes thus offering, on these 2 university sites, Settat and Berrechid, a wide range of training in terms of discipline and sector and a research potential built around a Center for Doctoral Studies, which includes three Centers for Doctoral Studies and 28 research structures in conjunction with renowned national and international organizations.

Apart from its young age, UH1 asserts its place alongside the major Moroccan universities, thanks to its dynamism, the quality of training, innovative pedagogies, professionalization of courses and promotion of the results of scientific research.

UH1 created its University Incubator in 2005 with the mission of promoting entrepreneurial culture and enhancing the results of scientific and technical research through the creation of innovative businesses. The Safir project is an excellent opportunity to strengthen the capacities of the incubator and its positioning on impact and SDG-type projects

Bidaya is a Green Tech social incubator. It is an offshoot of the « SOS Pulse Group », founded in 2015 and located in Casablanca, Morocco.
Bidaya provides support to start-ups with a strong social and environmental impact.

Bidaya is convinced of the need to develop innovative business models to meet the prevailing social and environmental challenges. It is fully dedicated to high impact entrepreurship through 4 activity units: Bidaya incub, the general support program for start-ups; Bidaya funds, the support program for financing companies that have validated their proof of concept; Bidaya Space, the program promoting entrepreneurship with a strong social or environnemental impact; finally, Bidaya Lab, the program for sharing and enhancing the expertise of Bidaya.
